"how it works" section
Pathmotion's site is rich, yet complex and not really self-explanatory.
At the end all I wanna grasp quickly is, what can I get out of PM and what do I need to do to get it.
A "pathmotion for dummies" explaination somewhere on the site would be useful.

my job title-Training Manager cannot be found
My job title-Training Manager is a very common title but cannot be found in your data.

Add an intermediate privacy setting
The current "Strong" setting is not strong enough , for instance I'm not sure I want my company to be displayed -- maybe this should be renamed "High" and a "Strong" level added without a public profile?

Use OAuth for authentication with external systems (Gmail, Linkedin...)
This would allow PathMotion NOT to request users to provide their Gmail or LinkedIn or whatever password for importing contacts, thus adding security and trust

"Match your job" popup : search engine ?
What about a textual search input, that lets you find others jobs for the matching ? It avoids you updating your job's title, to find better matches

Passwords in emails
I don't like to receive my password in an email that gives me the impression the site is not well secured

Your password is sent to you on registration, before it is stored in our database. This email is the only record of your password. Your password is encrypted when it is saved to our database and is thereby protected from hackers or malicious use. If you lose your password, we must generate a new temporary one for you since we are not able to recover it.
