What about a textual search input, that lets you find others jobs for the matching ? It avoids you updating your job's title, to find better matches

For instance I typed : "Web developper / Database expert" ; the closest matched job is "Database administrator", but my real job was "Web developper". I wish i could have typed web developper somewhere in the popup, so see what the results are.
